Infants

The PDO Infants class is a class designed to allow children the opportunity to play, learn, and have the opportunity to socialize with children their age. Infants nap in cribs, eat in highchairs, and play with age-appropriate toys and equipment.

We customize each child’s schedule according to his/her needs and the parent’s wishes. Babies are given stimulating toys to encourage fine motor skills, critical thinking, and promote curiosity. Babies have a daily story time, weekly music class or Bible story time, and other special events throughout the year which are suitable for their age group.

The class has a maximum of 6. Children 3 months to walking (15 months) can attend this class.

Toddlers

The PDO Toddlers class is a class designed to allow children the opportunity to play, learn, and have the opportunity to socialize with children their age.  Toddlers are encouraged to explore their surroundings, use their fine and gross motor skills, and solve problems as they play.

Toddlers nap on mats, eat at small tables with chairs, and begin the transition to “big kid” activities, such as using crayons, sitting in circle time, lining up, and going to weekly specials of music or Bible Story time, as well as other special age-appropriate events throughout the year.

The class has a maximum of 8 students. Children should be at least 15 months and walking, up to 23 months as of July 31.

Twos

The PDO Twos/Threes class is a class designed to allow children the opportunity to play, learn, and socialize with children their age. Children do not need to be potty trained in this class. When your child is ready, the teachers will work with your children at school practicing those skills.

Children in the twos/threes class sit at tables to eat snacks and lunch and nap on mats in the room. Twos have a circle time, learning centers, reading time, literacy skill-building practice, weekly music class or Bible Story time, and other special events throughout the year which are suitable for their age groups.
